There is plenty of free public parking in Bikenhead - just check the signs and the times.
Please do not park behind the studio. You might get towed.
Please cancel BEFORE 12pm, otherwise you are required to pay for your class. This is because at NSPF, we do not over book classes, ensuring there is one person per pole (with the exception of the block course).
*please note that the Beginner course is an 8 week block course. You can only attend by signing up for the course through Steph via email, Facebook or purchase through our website. The block course only runs 4 times a year and there is limited spaces available.

8 Week Beginner Block Course
This course is designed to teach you the basics of pole in an environment where everyone is in the same boat as you. It is a great way to meet new people and try something that may be a bit out of your comfort zone- whilst getting fit and having fun. At North Shore Pole Fitness we pride ourselves on celebrating everyone and everything.

Always had an instructor available and always watching to help give pointers. 1.5 hours is a really good time to allow for warm up, practise and warm down. Not too little time not too much.
